Job Purpose:
Executive-Customer Services are responsible for providing authorizations or responding to all inquiries; by providing information or directing requests to others who can supply the necessary information or service.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Answer all incoming calls related to general enquiries on insurance policies following the Company guidelines and protocols
• Assisting medical providers (hospitals/clinics/pharmacies) and customers on the pre-approval follow up cases
• Routing calls to various departments depending on the requirement of the call
• Updating the details of every call attended on the system for further references
• Updating self on the new groups, any amendments to the existing policies, about the addition, renewal and removal of groups for the insurance companies
• Receive feedback on call coaching and call calibration and learn techniques within the team to better ones performance
• Participate in the complaint resolution process
• Answer all incoming calls related to authorization following the Company guidelines and protocols as per the work load

Qualifications:
• Arabic speaking is a must
• Good command over English (both verbal and written)
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Prior Insurance experience is a must
