Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls related to general enquiries on insurance policies following the Company guidelines and protocols
  • Routing calls to various departments depending on the requirement of the call
  • Updating the details of every call attended on the system for further references
  • Participate in the complaint resolution process

Qualifications:

  1. Bilingual Preferred (Speak both English and Arabic)
  2. Strong Customer Service Skills
  3. Good Interpersonal skills
  4. Bachelor’s degree or higher
  5. Prior experience in Insurance industry preferably TPA
