Policy Management

The Policy Management department assist clients in development or/and modification of their policy plans as per the needs. The Team is not only responsible for uploading the member data and defining the policy wordings in the system but also make sure that benefits and sub-benefits are correctly defined with annual limits, sub-limits and cost-shares. 

PBM, e-authorization and adjudication of claims is only possible if member data and policy rules are correctly linked in the system.
