Policy Management

The Policy Management department assist clients in THE development or/and modification of their policy plans as per theIR needs. The Team is not only responsible for uploading the members data and defining the policy wordings in the system as well as making sure that benefits and sub-benefits are correctly defined with annual limits, sub-limits and cost-shares. 

PBM, e-authorization and adjudication of claims is only possible if member data and policy rules are correctly linked in the system.
