An individual who joins our team will collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure Neuron is providing market competitive rebate offers while also ensuring the financial integrity of the business. You will work closely with key internal partners including sales, underwriting, rebate forecast, legal, trade and proposals. As a FCO manager, you will be an individual contributor responsible for evaluating what areas of Neuron are impacted by various change requests submitted by sales (or others) and using various excel model applications to quantify the financial implications of these changes. The individual would also assist in developing technology to automate common requests including batch requests needed in support of rebate transparency reporting. The team’s primary goal is to ensure proper financial controls and improve Neuron Caremark client level financial performance by placing proper controls around implementation of programs or changes to a client’s benefit or formulary design while also helping our clients understand the financial
